Welcome
Dr. Mary Alice Druhan, Associate Professor of Clarinet, joined the faculty of Texas A&M University – Commerce in 2002. Since her appointment, she has taught courses in music literature, ear training, woodwind methods, chamber music, woodwind literature, and woodwind pedagogy. She has held previous teaching positions at James Madison University and Louisiana State University.

Performance News
Mary has performed for the ICA Convention, ClarinetFest® 2006 (in Atlanta) and 2008 (in Kansas City). She has also presented for TMEA and TBA, and has performed as a soloist for the SW Chapter of CBDNA. Mary has been a member of the Dallas Wind Symphony since 2003 and is a founding member of Triforia Winds. Click below for more information on these and upcoming performances.

TriforiaWinds

Jocelyn Goranson, Mary Druhan, and Todd Goranson founded the faculty woodwind trio of Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2006. The ensemble has been invited to perform for the International Double Reed Society Annual Conference in Salt Lake City this July.
